The total number of items removed from a member's credit reports are the combined sum of the items
removed across all three credit bureaus. For example, if 1 negative item is removed from each
of the 3 credit bureaus, they would combine for a total count of 3 items removed.
Results are defined as a removal, modification or verification of any disputed item.
